• All products provided by Flashboy Solution Company Limited are 100% new products, with genuine warranty according to the warranty policy of the manufacturer or official distributor in Vietnam.

• On-site warranty or bringing to the warranty center depends on the specific warranty policy of each manufacturer and the specific needs of the customer, for your convenience in warranty of equipment and goods purchased at FLASHBOY.

• When bringing the product for warranty, please bring the warranty card or delivery receipt.

• (For each product type, there may be separate regulations of the Manufacturer, separate distributor, please also read this warranty condition carefully when purchasing)

Warranty and Warranty Regulations:

• Product warranty is: fixing damage, technical problems caused by manufacturer's errors

• The device is warranted free of charge if the device is still under warranty from the date of delivery, the device is warranted within the warranty period stated on the voucher and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical problems.

• There is a warranty card (or delivery note) and a warranty stamp of the company / Manufacturer on the device.

Cases not covered by warranty:

• The device is out of warranty period.

• The barcode number on the device cannot be identified or is incorrect compared to the warranty book / voucher.

• Devices such as cmos batteries, cables, rectifiers, power switches, signal lights, headphones that come with the device, fans on the device, or devices that are damaged by fans that cause fire or explosion.

• Software provided free of charge with the device.

• Unauthorized disassembly or repair by individuals or technicians who are not FLASHBOY employees

• Devices damaged by mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disasters, fire, incorrect voltage usage, explosion or human damage.
