Return and Exchange Conditions

Depending on the type of product, we have different return and exchange policies. We agree to allow customers to return or exchange goods in the following cases:

- The product is defective due to the manufacturer.

- The product is not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.

- Insufficient quantity, not complete set as in the order.

- The external condition is affected such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

- Within 24 hours of receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied, you can return the goods or request us to exchange for another one.

General notes:

- You can send the goods to our office by express delivery or bring them directly to the office.

- After receiving the goods, we will check whether the goods are eligible for exchange or return (intact, unopened manufacturer's label, and can be sold).

- We will send an email or phone to notify you of the agreement to return the goods.

- Please pay the shipping fee (2nd time) for this order.

- If you are not satisfied with any of our services, please contact our hotline number. - We will refund you by bank transfer or post after deducting any costs incurred due to the return.
