Delivery method to provinces (63 provinces)

- We cooperate with express delivery units to be able to deliver to all provinces and cities in Vietnam.

- Our staff will contact you to advise on the appropriate delivery method.

- After completing the order procedure and payment agreement, the customer will receive the goods within 1 to 10 days (depending on the shipping method and the customer's delivery location)

- Delivery to the correct address in the order as requested by the customer

- Delivery time from Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)

- The exact time of delivery cannot be specified (depending on the shipping method, shipping time and delivery location)

- Orders placed after 4pm (weekdays) will be delivered the next day, except for Saturday (after 10am) will be delivered on Monday of the following week

- In the case of orders that have been paid but for some reason the warehouse is out of stock or the goods do not guarantee quality, the Company will notify the customer by phone or email to change the delivery time. The customer can agree or disagree, the order will be canceled and the customer's money will be returned to the customer's account depending on the payment method and the money will be returned to the account from 1 to 5 working days (according to the bank's working schedule)

- If the goods received by the customer have problems that are the responsibility of the Company, the Company will exchange the goods for the customer within 1 to 5 days (according to the delivery schedule)

- For items not available in Vietnam, we will negotiate with foreign manufacturers to have a specific delivery time.
