This valve is a double acting cylinder type. It opens when air is blown into the upper nipple
and it closes when air is blown into the lower nipple. When connecting it to the solenoid valve,
be sure that air is completely discharged from the other side when air is blown in one side.
Disassemble the upper flanges and weld them to the tank.
When assembling the tank, disassemble the upper flange on the valve
and weld them to the top and middle part of the tank, then assemble them with bolts.
